Hila Oren is CEO and founder of the Tel Aviv Foundation. She is responsible for developing and implementing Tel Aviv\u2019s brand. The Startup City vision includes a municipal strategy for investors, entrepreneurs, tourists, and students. Last year, she came to New Zealand and as a result of that visit was asked to be the ‘thinker in residence’ as a guest of\u00a0the Christchurch foundation<\/a>. Ms Oren talks with Dr David Cumin about that role, being a city-maker, and gender disparities.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
